Code of Sustainable Winegrowing Practices
Client: Real Toolbox
Description: ViewCraft is part of the team developing the Code of Sustainable Winegrowing workbook for the California Wine Institute and the California Association of Winegrape Growers. The principal purpose of the workbook is to provide winegrowers and vintners with a tool to voluntarily assess the sustainability of current practices; identify areas of excellence and areas where improvements can be made; and develop action plans to increase an operation's sustainability.
Saint Helena Wastewater Reuse Program
Client: City of Saint Helena, Oswald Green, LLC
Description: The City of St. Helena is upgrading its wastewater treatment system and developing a plan for wastewater reuse. ViewCraft's info-cartography process and wine industry expertise is being used to assist in the dialogue with the Napa County Winegrape industry.
Communicating the Value of Energy Efficiency
Client: San Francisco Public Utilities Commission
Description: ViewCraft worked with the Director of Resource Planning to develop tools for assessing and communicating the value of
energy efficiency in the larger public utilities context.
Nevada Communities Assessment
Client: Nevada Tahoe Conservation District (NTCD)
Description: The NTCD is using ViewCraft's information cartography and collaborative planning expertise to conduct an assessment of Nevada community participation in long-range planning in the Tahoe Basin.
Building Consensus on Day Labor Issues
Client: North Bay Consensus Council (NBCC)
Description: ViewCraft is working with the NBCC to help the community
of Graton, CA resolve community conflict and develop agreements around
day labor issues.
Air and Water Quality Partnerships in the San Joaquin Valley
Client: Protected Harvest
Description: ViewCraft is working with US EPA and Protected Harvest to develop a comprehensive strategy to integrate regulatory and "beyond compliance" approaches to reduce air and water pollution from agricultural sources, and in turn, certify and market the crops with the Protected Harvest label.
North Bay Water Policy Summit
Client: City of Petaluma
Description: ViewCraft provided design, facilitation and information cartography for the historical North Bay Regional Water Policy Summit. Assistance was provided for elected officials from four Bay Area counties to achieve a common visual understanding of the complex issues and perspectives involved in multi-jurisdictional water issues.
