ViewCraft works with clients to develop a bird's eye view of the system they are working within.

We begin by identifying the elements of the system such as government agencies, the environment, markets, potential partners and/or competitors. Once defined, these elements, or "nodes", provide a recognizable system which can be explored. Next we make connections; illustrating relationships and flows between the elements of the system. These can be flows of communication, regulations, money and/or resources. Once the connections are made we have a fully visualized system, or lens, which allows us to selectively review and organize existing information resources.

Finally, we use this visual lens to attach and organize information in context. This is where the system becomes interactive, allowing ViewCraft's info-cartographers to facilitate a whole systems exploration from both bird's eye and bulls eye perspectives. This experience leads to the identification of opportunities, information gaps, bottlenecks and areas to target for problems solving.
